Breathwork for every day life

Five short practices. Five different moments of your life.

Welcome to The Breathing Days

I’m so happy you’re here.

These five guided breathwork practices are here to support you through different moments of your day. Whether you’re looking for more presence, calm, clarity, connection, or energy, simply choose the practice that meets you where you are today.

There is no right order and no perfect way to do it. Come back to these practices whenever you need them most.

Your breath is always with you.

Your Practices

Five short, guided audio practices — each created for a different moment and need.

Breathe Now

When your mind is everywhere except the present moment.

Slow Down

For moments when you feel tense, overstimulated, or unable to switch off — during a stressful day or before sleep.

Find Clarity

For moments when your thoughts feel crowded, foggy, or overwhelming and you want to see your next step more clearly.

Stay Connected

For moments when you feel distant, distracted, or disconnected from yourself.

Feel Alive

For moments when you feel flat, tired, or uninspired and want to feel more awake, energised, and alive again.

Before You Begin

Getting Started

Please take a moment to read the following before starting your practice.

Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably and where you won’t be disturbed. For the best experience, I recommend using headphones.

Throughout the practices, allow your breath to move gently into your belly. As you inhale, let your abdomen naturally expand. As you exhale, allow it to soften again. There is no need to force or deepen your breath beyond what feels comfortable.

Never practise while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or in any situation where your full attention is required.

During the More Activating Practices

Some of the more activating practices may create noticeable physical sensations. You might experience tingling, light-headedness, temporary numbness, tightness around the mouth, or tension in your hands or other muscles.

These sensations do not happen to everyone. If they arise, there is no need to push through them. Simply soften your breath or return to your natural breathing. They will usually ease as your breathing settles.

Breathwork may also bring emotions to the surface. If feelings arise, allow them to be there without suppressing them or deliberately intensifying them. Simply notice what is present with curiosity and gently return your attention to your breath.

If any sensation feels strong, painful, frightening, or does not ease after returning to normal breathing, stop the practice and seek medical advice if needed.

Health and Safety

These practices are designed for healthy adults and are intended to support personal wellbeing.

If you are pregnant or have cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, severe asthma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, a history of psychosis, or any other medical or psychiatric condition that may be affected by breathwork, please consult your healthcare professional before practising.

Always listen to your body. If at any point you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable, return to your natural breathing and stop the practice.

Continue only if and when it feels right for you.

By continuing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing while using these practices.

A Final Note

Breathwork isn’t about doing it perfectly.

Some days you may notice a clear shift. On other days, simply taking a few conscious breaths may be enough.

Keep returning to your breath, one practice at a time.

Breathe deeply and take care.

FAQ

No. Every practice is guided step by step. You just need your breath and a few quiet minutes.

No. Each day works on its own – choose whichever one matches what you need in the moment.

Each practice runs about 6-8 minutes.

Breathwork is generally safe, but not recommended during pregnancy, with severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or psychosis.

Check the full list of contraindications in the General FaQs before booking, or reach out if you’re unsure whether it’s suitable for you.

Even one practice can create a shift in the moment. Returning to the same one whenever that moment comes up again deepens the effect over time.

All five audios are guided in English.
