Each session is guided by certified Holosomatic Breath Therapy® Facilitator Steffi Haxel –
combining trauma-informed breathwork, embodiment, and psychological insight to create a space that is both grounded and deeply human.

In The Breath Temple, we open a sacred, trauma-informed space where you’re invited to slow down, breathe consciously, and reconnect with your inner world.

Each session unfolds as a guided inner journey that combines conscious connected breathing, music, and mindful facilitation — helping you explore deeper layers of awareness, emotion, and intuition, always at your own pace.

  • Guided breathwork journey – with music and headphones for deep immersion

  • Integration & reflection – time to rest, journal, or share quietly to ground your experience

In this session, we use the breath to cut through the noise. Not to find answers from the outside – but to reconnect with the clarity that’s already within you.

Many people leave this session with a sense of direction they couldn’t access before. Not because something was added – but because something was cleared.

WHERE MOVEMENT MEETS BREATH

Let the body lead. Let the breath follow.

Some things can’t be reached by sitting still.

Sometimes the body needs to move first – before it can let go.

In this session, we combine guided movement with deep breathwork. Not choreography. Not performance. Just your body, finding its own way back to itself.

The movement wakes something up. The breath takes it deeper.

What gets stuck in the body – tension, emotion, energy that has nowhere to go – starts to move. And then, it can release.

Many people find this format goes further than breathwork alone. Because the body was already open. Already listening.

This is a space where you don’t have to hold anything together. Where the body leads – and the breath follows.

FAQ

No. Everything is guided step by step. You just need your breath and the willingness to be present.

We work with Holosomatic Breath Therapy® – an immersive method that integrates breath, body, music, and awareness. It is trauma-informed, safe, and designed to support emotional healing, nervous-system regulation, and self-exploration.

Comfortable clothes, water & a notebook for journaling.

Avoid eating 2–3 hours before, wear loose clothing & arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Breathwork is generally safe, but not recommended during pregnancy, with severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or psychosis.

Every session is unique and builds upon the last.
Joining regularly — for example, twice a month — helps you deepen your connection, expand awareness, and integrate the changes in daily life.
