FAQ

Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to strengthen physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. By deliberately changing your breathing pattern – whether slow, rhythmic or dynamic – you can reduce stress, release emotions and achieve deeper meditative states.

Breathwork follows a holistic approach that has been anchored in various cultures for centuries and has also gained increasing importance in the modern world in recent years.

Today, modern scientific studies also confirm that breathing exercises can regulate the nervous system, promote clarity, strengthen resilience and give a feeling of inner peace and balance.

Discover the power of your breath – and how it can give you access to more balance, energy and serenity.

Breathwork has a profound effect on the body and mind. Studies show that conscious breathing has a positive influence on numerous systems in the body – including the nervous system, the cardiovascular system and the immune system. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, breathwork supports stress reduction, lowers blood pressure, promotes heart rate variability (HRV) and strengthens the immune system.

In addition, it regulates the nervous system, activates self-healing powers and supports the processing of emotional pain and the release of inner blockages. Many people report greater serenity, clarity, energy and deep inner peace. Others experience profound states of connectedness, gratitude and peace that have a lasting effect.

Whether it’s stress reduction, better sleep, increased vitality or personal development – breathwork offers an accessible, scientifically based path to greater well-being and balance.

We work with Holosomatic BREATH Therapy®  an intensive yet safe method that combines breath, body, music and consciousness. This technique is trauma-sensitive and designed to regulate the nervous system, accompany emotional processes and promote inner clarity.
