helping you listen, integrate, and return to wholeness. 

Each session is guided by certified Holosomatic Breath Therapy® Facilitator Steffi Haxel –
combining trauma-informed breathwork, embodiment, and psychological insight to create a space that is both grounded and deeply human.

In The Breath Temple, we open a sacred, trauma-informed space where you’re invited to slow down, breathe consciously, and reconnect with your inner world.

Each session unfolds as a guided inner journey that combines conscious connected breathing, music, and mindful facilitation — helping you explore deeper layers of awareness, emotion, and intuition, always at your own pace.

  • Arrival & grounding – arrive fully, land in the space, and connect with your breath

  • Theme & intention – an experiential opening that introduces the theme through movement, reflection, or a short interactive practice

  • Guided breathwork journey – with music and headphones for deep immersion

  • Integration & reflection – time to rest, journal, or share quietly to ground your experience

FAQ

No. Everything is guided step by step. You just need your breath and the willingness to be present.

We work with Holosomatic Breath Therapy® – an immersive method that integrates breath, body, music, and awareness. It is trauma-informed, safe, and designed to support emotional healing, nervous-system regulation, and self-exploration.

Comfortable clothes, water & a notebook for journaling.

Avoid eating 2–3 hours before, wear loose clothing & arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Breathwork is generally safe, but not recommended during pregnancy, with severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or psychosis.

Every session is unique and builds upon the last.
Joining regularly — for example, twice a month — helps you deepen your connection, expand awareness, and integrate the changes in daily life.
