In this final session of the journey, we shift from understanding patterns to actively releasing them.
Through a deeper, guided breathwork process, you are invited to let go of outdated roles, identities, and protective narratives that no longer serve you.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about stepping forward with greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.

No. Everything is guided step by step. You just need your breath and the willingness to be present.
We work with Holosomatic Breath Therapy® – an immersive method that integrates breath, body, music, and awareness. It is trauma-informed, safe, and designed to support emotional healing, nervous-system regulation, and self-exploration.
Comfortable clothes, water & a notebook for journaling.
Avoid eating 2–3 hours before, wear loose clothing & arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Breathwork is generally safe, but not recommended during pregnancy, with severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or psychosis.

Joining regularly — for example, twice a month — helps you deepen your connection, expand awareness, and integrate the changes in daily life.
Sessions are guided in English – but I also speak German.
