Many people carry more inside than they show on the outside.
On the surface, life seems fine — a good job, a busy schedule, maybe even success or stability.
But underneath, there is often a quiet struggle: stress that never fully leaves, emotions that keep building up, and a feeling of being disconnected from yourself.

You might wake up tired even after sleep, find your thoughts racing, or notice how hard it is to slow down and simply feel at ease.
Old wounds from past relationships or transitions can still weigh on you.
At times, it can feel like you’re moving through life on autopilot — functioning, but not fully present.

This is where Holosomatic Breath Therapy® creates space:
a pause from the outside noise, where stress begins to soften and emotional healing can unfold.

Guided by certified Holosomatic Breath Therapy® Facilitator Steffi Haxel, each session is held with care, clarity and trauma-informed guidance.

Holosomatic BREATH Therapy® combines conscious breathing with body awareness, sound, and emotional integration.
It’s a trauma-informed approach that allows the body to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore inner balance.

Through rhythmic breathing, sound, and safe facilitation, you can access deeper layers of emotion, insight, and presence — reconnecting with your body’s innate capacity to heal and feel.

This is not “just” breathing.
It’s a guided, embodied experience — a pause from the outside noise, where stress softens and emotional healing unfolds.

Each Holosomatic Breath Therapy® session is trauma-informed and held in a safe, supportive atmosphere.
You’ll be guided through a journey of breath, sound, and awareness — allowing your body to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with calm and clarity.

Each session includes:

  • Arrival & Grounding: time to land and connect
  • Theme & Intention: gentle focus for your journey
  • Guided Breathwork Journey: with music and headphones for deep immersion
  • Integration: rest, journaling, or quiet sharing to ground your experience
 

You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected — with a lighter nervous system and an open heart.

Every session is shaped by Steffi’s professional background in psychology, coaching, and embodiment – creating a space that is both grounded and deeply human.

About Steffi

Hi, I’m Steffi —
Coach, Psychological Counsellor, Mindfulness Trainer & Breathwork Facilitator.

I guide people in their inner transformation through coaching, counselling, and breathwork.
When I discovered trauma-informed breathwork, it became the missing piece that tied everything together: body, mind, and emotions.

For me, the breath has always been a way back home – out of my head, into my heart, into trust.
In every conscious breath I remember:
I am safe. I am alive. I am connected.

With Blooming Souls, I now hold safe, compassionate spaces in Lisbon and online – for stress relief, emotional healing, and nervous system regulation.

No. Everything is guided step by step. You just need your breath and the willingness to be present.

We work with Holosomatic Breathwork Therapy® – an immersive method that integrates body, breath, music, and awareness. It is trauma-informed, safe, and designed for both emotional release and nervous system regulation.

Breathwork is generally safe, but not recommended during pregnancy, with severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or psychosis.

Check the full list of contraindications in the General FAQs before booking, or reach out if you’re unsure whether it’s suitable for you.

Avoid eating 2–3 hours before, wear comfortable clothes, and bring water.

For online sessions, choose a quiet space and use headphones for best immersion.

Even one session can create shifts, but many people benefit from practicing every 1–2 weeks for deeper integration.

Sessions are guided in English – but I also speak German.
