Reduce stress, sick leave & mental exhaustion – and strengthen focus, connection and performance – whether in a hybrid working environment or on site.
In today’s world of AI, remote work and accelerating pace, cognitive fatigue, loss of focus and nervous system overload are on the rise. Traditional health programs often miss employees where they actually are – right in the middle of performance pressure, constant availability and mental exhaustion.
Corporate Breathwork brings structured breathing techniques into the workplace.
In guided sessions, employees learn how to regulate their nervous system, reduce stress, and activate inner resources for clarity, creativity and performance – whether at the office, remote or hybrid.
This strengthens not only individual wellbeing but also the mental health of teams and leaders.
Breathwork works differently: It requires no equipment and no prior knowledge – yet unfolds its impact within minutes. Unlike classic stress-management programs, it works directly through the nervous system, via the vagus nerve – the key to our inner regulation.
Breath-based resilience training enables immediate stress reduction, fosters focus and clarity without relocation or long preparation, and strengthens emotional self-leadership and psychological safety – even in hybrid or remote teams.
Breathwork is not a wellbeing add-on but a leadership tool for a healthy, high-performing future workplace. It is fast, evidence-based, accessible at any level, and scalable for teams of all sizes – without esoteric undertones.
Especially in times of overstimulation, remote work and AI-driven workflows, organizations need new forms of inner self-leadership – and spaces that strengthen connection and presence.
Many employees experience constant overload: between information floods, performance expectations and 24/7 availability, little room remains for genuine recovery. Emotional exhaustion, lack of rest and loss of connection have become the new normal.
Traditional health programs often fall short – they intervene too late or fail to reach people in their daily routines. Breathwork addresses exactly this gap: it works instantly, regulates the nervous system directly, and creates relief, presence and stability from the very first minute.

Corporate Breathwork — by Blooming Souls develops clear, effective breathing techniques for everyday work and corporate mental health. Evidence-based, respectful, inclusive applicable across traditional corporations as well as creative teams.
Our goal: to strengthen mental health & focus and facilitate collaboration – with formats that integrate seamlessly into the daily workflow.
I am Steffi Haxel – founder of Blooming Souls, coach, psychological counsellor and certified breathwork facilitator. I support individuals and companies in times of change, pressure and reorientation.
With Breath@Work (using the BLOOMING-5 Method), I have created a format that brings breathwork, psychological counselling and embodiment into the business context.
My goal is to support employees and managers in building resilience, emotional intelligence and inner resources. I am especially committed to bringing visibility to topics such as menopause and female transition phases in the workplace – framing them as valuable resources rather than taboos.
From my own experience, I know that lasting change does not come from more control, but from connection – to the breath, to the body, and to the inner voice. This kind of connection creates space for clarity, sound decisions, and a corporate culture where people can truly flourish over the long term, building healthy working environments for all.
“I believe that inner clarity, personal responsibility, and emotional well-being form the foundation of a fulfilling life – and of healthy workplaces. Breathing is the key: simple, accessible, and profoundly transformative.”
We believe that a single shared minute of breathing can change the atmosphere of a room – creating presence, reducing tension, and opening the door to clear communication and genuine connection.
Our work is grounded in mindfulness, science, and human experience. We see mental health, emotional intelligence, and self-leadership as the foundation of healthy workplaces.
For us, Breathwork is not a wellbeing trend – it’s a tool for awareness, clarity, and connection, both at work and beyond.
