Holosomatic Breath Therapy® offers a safe way to bring that energy back into flow to release what’s been held and return to inner clarity, calm, and connection.
Each session is guided by certified Holosomatic Breath Therapy® Facilitator Steffi Haxel,
creating a grounded, trauma-informed space for emotional release and nervous-system regulation.
In Breath & Release, we open a grounded, trauma-informed space where you can breathe through what has been held inside and gently let it go.
This 90-minute session combines conscious connected breathing, music,
and mindful facilitation to help you release emotional and physical tension,
calm the mind, and reconnect with your natural balance.

No. Everything is guided step by step. You just need your breath and the willingness to be present.
We work with Holosomatic BREATH Therapy® – an immersive method that integrates body, breath, music, and awareness. It is trauma-informed, safe, and designed for both emotional release and nervous system regulation.
Comfortable clothes, water & a notebook for journaling.
Avoid eating 2–3 hours before, wear loose clothing & arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Breathwork is generally safe, but not recommended during pregnancy, with severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or psychosis.

This is a safe, trauma-informed space. You’ll be safely supported throughout the process and during integration.
Even one session can bring noticeable relief and clarity.
Many people find deeper shifts when they practice regularly — for example, every 1–2 weeks — to support emotional integration and nervous-system balance.
Sessions are guided in English – but I also speak German.
