You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/span><\/p>

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.<\/span><\/p>

Consequences of withdrawal<\/b><\/span><\/p>

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund you for all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.<\/span><\/p>

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the case of the following contracts:<\/span><\/p>

1. Digital content (e.g. videos, audio files, PDFs, online courses)<\/b>
if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin delivery before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>

2. Services (e.g. breathwork sessions, coaching, programmes, retreats)<\/b> <\/span><\/p>

if the service has been provided in full and we have only begun to perform it after you have expressly agreed that we may begin providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your awareness that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>

3. Individually created services <\/b><\/span><\/p>

tailored to your personal needs (e.g. customised coaching packages).<\/span><\/p>

Note for Business Clients (B2B)<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers as defined by law. <\/span><\/p>

Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/p>
