I am Steffi Haxel \u2013 founder of Blooming Souls<\/strong>, coach, psychological counsellor and certified breathwork facilitator. Mother and entrepreneur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My life has been marked by crises, losses and courageous new beginnings \u2013 both privately and professionally. I have founded several companies and developed new projects. In doing so, I have learned not only to accompany change, but to live it myself. After years of moving around, I have found my home in Lisbon with my two daughters and commute regularly to Germany.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My professional Journey<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My path has always been shaped by curiosity, change, and the desire to bring my own ideas to life.
After completing my training and working several years in hotel and event management, I founded my first agency.
This was followed by other ventures in event-catering, coaching, and psychological counselling<\/b> \u2013 each of them reflecting my passion for creating something new, embracing challenges, and bringing people together.<\/span><\/p>

Along the way, I\u2019ve learned to take responsibility, to let go, and to begin again \u2013 both professionally and personally.
At the same time, I\u2019ve always been driven by a deep desire to keep growing, learning, and exploring new perspectives.<\/span><\/p>

Everything I have experienced, learned, and created has brought me closer to the work I do today: supporting people through times of change \u2013 in life and in business.<\/b><\/span><\/p>
